Military refuel and rearm missions

I know they are going to flesh out the military missions at some point in the future. I want to make a point that not all military missions should be about combat. A big part of any war is logistics. Yay, more trucking... Not very sexy you might think, but hear me out.

Let's implement munitions racks (yes, this one again...) and munitions limpets. Also implement logistical missions that spawn in war torn systems. This could be something like: "Refuel five navy ships at staging point X." or "Rearm all the navy ships at checkpoint Y". Apart from using it in missions, munitions racks and limpets would also add cooperation between players.

And finally (maybe a little detail), add navy/rank decals and have them be compulsory on your ship when flying any type of military mission.

Did you mean munitions limpet controller?
Yes, a munitions limpet controller module would be necessary to control minutions transfers.

Wary of ammo as a commodity. Why couldn't I just use it on myself?
I know this would require some testing, but I think there should be a way to balance these things. Be it a long reload timer (maybe one or two minutes) once you would like to reload again after running out of ammo and/or limited munitions in the munitions racks (depending on the level, maybe just enough to get you one or two total refills). Maybe also let the system power down *all* the weapons modules as part of a safety procedure while the reload is progressing.

I'm pretty sure that capitals are already equipped with (unusable) docking bays.
It would be interesting if capital ships were used in a FOB role, dockable, and with missions involving them.

The area around the capital could also be home to naval ships under repairs, screen ships and support vessels/tenders. Occasional skirmishes, with the capital scrambling fighters. Resupply missions are available, and the opposing side offers sabotage tasks.
