What a great day this is, finally our beloved princess Arissa Lavigny Duval is declared Empress.
Let's never forget the act of selflessness done by the honourable and mighty imperial powers, lead by Princess Aisling Duval, Senator Zemina Torval and Senator Denton Patreus by providing for a smooth transition of power and filling thereby filling the power vacuum which destabilized our beloved Empire.
This act shall never be forgotten.

We shall celebrate but also keep in mind that there's still forces out there, seeking to destroy the Empire from within. Dark forces, still unknown and by name Emperor's Dawn who brought great shame to our nation.

Let's make the first steps, now on our way to a peaceful and united and prosper Empire.

I think of powerplay as an influence game.
Only players declare full blown war on each overs, in the name of their chosen 'Power', never in the official Galnet.

Hudson is acting president, that does not mean that Winters is not more influential (or supported) in some parts.
Same goes for the Emperor(ess).

At least, that's how I look at it.

The struggle for power will never be over.
Not even, if an alien race threatens all humanity, will the last greediest scoundrel try to gain a speck of dirty power.
We all (humanity) have to be on our guard, regarding people like that. That counts for all the powers.
But true, true power is rarely held by the leader. As a leader you can only be as fair and just as possible. It's the people, creating a society, not the leaders.

And what is your problem with women? The Empire wouldn't exist in its form, if not for the bravery of a woman fighting against the all present lack of self esteem, man are trying to get over with.
Are you a clone or how did you manage to come to light?

The darkness is strong in this one. How many people will be left after you have assassinated everyone in your way?
I am very eager to get to know how deep your roots reach into the society. Interesting times ahead of us.
One day we will meet on the battlefield, or in a dark alley more likely.

May the Emperor unite the Empire and overcome all oppositions.
We soon will need all strength to face something that threatens all live in our galaxy.

Arissa Lavigny-Duval is exactly what the Empire need... at the moment.

Dawn will fall, as all short sighted groups that grasps for power,
emerge from the shadows to early and having no idea what true power really is.
All what Dawn will archieve is weaken the Empire a while trough inner struggles.

Normally not a bad thing...
Peace is a lie.
The true nature of the universe is chaos, conflict and survival of the fittest.
Only through conflict true strength, evolution and tech-advancing happens.

But now Dawn stands in the way of long time plans and preparations of things they cant even imagine.
They will be shattered and collapse into the shadows they came from.

Most regrettable... some parts of Dawn have shown great potenzial.
