Ice on the windshield

I'm glad that everyone found my traumatic and immense loss funny:eek:.

But it was frosty this morning and I had to scrape my windscreen with a alternative, I took inspiration from the USA Curling team. The cat is not happy! and to top that, I've got cold scratched hands now.

I'm going to appeal to FD to include a Ice Scraper in game now, makes more sense than furry dice.:D

Here's your next scraper, T.J....

:D

Personally, the only things I've ever launched from a car window were tapes (what's one of those Dad?) and a couple of CD's (ex missus' put them on repeat just once too often - might've been Celine Dion).

Oh, I did accidentally eject my brother from a first floor window once, but I was only young and he was perfectly OK. And it was his fault anyway.

From the systems panel on the right hand side of the cockpit. Modules I think. You will have to wait a few seconds for the cockpit to cool before the ice starts forming

Our SMax has front (and rear) heated screens. Maybe I can drop my Cobra off to Ford to have it sorted!

It'd be a nice touch if we could get a little sparkly frost on consoles too I think, and also a few floaty micro-crystals or visible breath vapour in the volume surrounding the pilot I think.

Just not overdone - nothing like a nightclub smoke machine!

I think one of the ships should have a smiley face that the pilot drew a few weeks ago that perhaps only appears when the window starts getting icy. That would be great.

Or maybe an alien face with antennae sticking out of the head?

Is it really bad to admit I still do that? :)

I had one of these until Monday morning, While driving I used it to clear the moisture from inside my car and I had the drivers window open, once I'd cleared the screen for some reason I sort of threw the scraper out of the window, I still don't know why I did it.

It's your subconscious saying you need one of these:

Can't throw that one away. ;)

I think that's the case.

Maybe we could have one of these in the cabin for when it happens?

I think you had a "senior" moment. Gone out of the house with your slippers on yet? Or got back upstairs with a cup of tea to only then realise that you're holding a bottle of milk and had actually put the hot cup of tea in the fridge? (I actually did this one  )

I have many senior moments since I hit 40.

Walking into a room and forgetting why I went there.....Sadly its usually the bathroom and...well you can guess the rest....
