The prevailing thought on the youtube chat was that its the lync client that was running on the capture machine - and someone was getting IM's / reminders
what the heck was that 'ping' sound ?

Question:
If a player falls through the map of a planet, when they are on said surface of said planet, is there or will there be something below the map to catch you? or will the player just fall forever?
If you refer to the reveal video from last friday, that was from last friday. They just mentioned it.But they hinted that there have been improvements since then.
DBOBE did say on a stream a while ago that they've not been tweaked, so it is possible to get stuck
Extremely cool livestream guys, many thanks..C:
A question. Do you have a LoD strategy, so that popping is minimized while you are moving closer to the planet? How do you intend to tackle this?
I can't get over the scale. You see something and think "ah ok, tha's a reasonable size", then you realise the camer is a a long way out and it's freaking huge!
