Hardware & Technical Game really small in 3840x2160 resolution

I first tried this out on the Xbox but decided to get it on the PC. The first time I try it out the screen is really small. My monitor is 3840x2160 resolution. I have tried changing the resolution size but nothing changes in game. I am running on Windows 8. I can barely see the lettering in game. Any ideas?

It sounds as if the settings on your video card may be a problem.

Can you post some details of your system?

Can you please define "small"?

Is it windowed and not filling the screen?

Is it full-screen and not filling the screen?

I play in 4k as well and the game looks just fine (Win8.1)
