Wow, that's awesome. I wonder what the history of these three bodies is then? Three massive stars that all ran out of fuel at the same time?

Seems like it. Anyway, apologies to pipestein - didn't really mean to steal his thunder here :) I've never been to the core and the famed neutron fields so both of these discoveries look pretty cool to me, but I suspect they're somewhat common closer to the core. I guess I'll find out when I get there...

You will drop into some mad systems in there... be warned when you see multiple BH / NS systems as you're never quite sure how close to each other they are. It's certainly exciting on every jump.

I jumped into a NS system only to find a main sequence start in orbit and in my face. I spent AGES trying to get the cushions out of my cheeks, and the ringing out of my ears.

Nice find, specially with black hole. Ouch time for heat and damage if you entry point is bad.

I have had a few close calls. My record it entering a system through the middle of 3 stars and still remain in SC :(
