Elite Dangerous: Horizons - Inside the SRV livestream on our official YouTube Channel 7PM BST 21st Oct

Really looking forward to this, last weeks was great. Reminds me of the Dev Diaries of Kickstarter. But better.

Although I do hope you have the microphone thing all sorted. And your notification pings on quiet this time.. :D Professionalism and all that Edward ¬_¬ ;)

Nonono, nothing can surpass last week. The epic, glorious majesty of planets being born before our eyes - a watershed in the history of gaming environments. Nope, SRV handling cannot compare. :)

My question: Will we see any SRV customization from the start? Assuming not, what kinds of SRV customization are envisioned down the line?

If the Devs don't fail a canyon jump and explode in a ball of fire, screams and shrapnel at the bottom all the way back to an insurance screen I'm asking for a refund of at least 20 minutes of my life.

As I won't be able to watch the event live. I will have to try and stay away from Facebook, Twitter, the Forums and all other social ports that will be showing spoilers, until I have watched the whole stream on YouTube :D

Ed, can we ask questions on here to be answered on the night? I think the text was moving a bit quick for the boys last week ! #matrix

I second this...I just ended up turning the chat off after a few minutes.

Hear, hear! Though, I think some questions should still be taken from chat, since viewers will have questions based on the content that gets revealed.

Q: Might we be able to mark waypoints that others can request to see? In relation to SRVs, it's to make race courses.

2 questions:
1: Will we be able to see things in orbit from the ground? Like stations passing overhead.
2: Will planetary bombardment continue so we get new cratering (and occasionally flattened if we are unlucky!)

MB answered #1 in another thread. I'm not going to go dig for it but he basically said no but that is something they want to implement in the future.

As for 2, I'm going to guess no, but that is a great question for them to answer!
