Astronomy / Space NASA shows black hole eating star...

We need this in FD!!!
So what do you want? That a star is eaten by a black hole as soon as a CMDR is entering the system? You know we need a system with many stars to have enough for each CMDR.

I first wondered what this thread had to do with bounty hunting...

Some innocent star, minding its own business, gets ambushed by some sneeky black hole, taking advantage of the colour of space being similar.

Honestly, these black holes, they come here, attack our stars, take our jobs.

It shouldn't be allowed.

Keep in mind that process would take a very long time. I doubt if in EDs lifetime we'd see it advance more than a few frames.

Hardcore mode: Close to Black Hole --> sucked in, screen turns black. Back to main menu ---> current save deleted since you can't reanimate a CMDR erased from space & time.

One can only dream...

I could imagine that in different places where this might be happening in the ED galaxy, the process would be at different stages, and fairly static. But would be a thrill to come across and a pilgrimage worthy event for many explorers.

Thats pretty much the way I saw it too :)
