Could it mean a warning or a threat to the city's government? Is it the drug policy, or is our new mayor injecting himself with something, just as former mayor Rob Ford was caught using narcotics? Is this just a prank?
For what I do know, a lot of us agree that our new mayor is a "corporate scumbag" and was with the former Harper regime. Something's going on... anybody have a clue?
