Super shiny gold Anaconda.

Greetings good cmdr's of Elite. Tempted to purchase the Gold Anaconda skin and wondered if anyone could post up a screen shot from inside the cockpit ?
I'm wanting to see if that gold colour follows the windscreen posts. Also any regrets purchasing as its a bit costly. :/

I own a conda and I love it as it is. The gold paint is way to expensive considering later on its likely we can by 6 colours for £5. But I cant help with telling you its looks apart from it don't give you any advantages as its paint, so why pay £10 for it?

I couldn't understand why people would spend 1000 hours in Guild Wars 2, or pay £400 + in Gems, just so they could get a legendary weapon that added a few effects and a unique model.

Comparatively, a Gold skin for a tenner is a steal :)

Precisely. Every now and again I go to the store and splurge on a few colour packs, even if they're for ships I don't fly, or don't plan to fly. In the back of my mind there's a nagging "must have all the colours", however...

I like it...but it is not as shiny as I thought it would be....

super aweseomness the gold skin. Bought for both the sidey and the conda. Dont even have a conda yet :). But since it can ship a sidey, i was forced to get them both. And for what? 12.50 or something. Got a gold sidey!! :)

Ah well condo incomming in a few days anyway and i gladly support the team. More gadgets are always welcome :)

it should be even more expensive to punish you all for using a paintjob like that. :D

never will understand this movements from frontier...silver & golden looks... fortunately i have not seen many... if not the space would start to look like a imitation jewelry shop.

Sorry but it's not, the purpose is to get a cosmetic skin.

People have paid for the game and they've paid for expansions.

Sure buy them to support if you want, but that is not the purpose of them. Saying that's the purpose is exactly how you end up with $400 Star Citizen ships being "normal".

I buy a skin because I want new cool skin, easy. This line of thinking keeps prices fair and discourages shoddy skins being produced. If it turns out to be rubbish (a few have been faulty so far) then you just ask for a refund.

It looks quite shiny. If you enjoy your Anaconda (and have been flying it long enough to know if you really do like it) and want to support FDev, pick it up. It looks good in the light.
