Horizons Beta - Wipes after beta?

Hello guys. Will there be any wipes after monday when Horizons enters beta?
If i remember right when ED went to beta there were no more wipes afterwards.
I ask because i got too little time to play to waste progress that i will loose again anyways.

As said above, what's earned in Beta stays in Beta - the Beta copy of your commander will cease to exist when Beta ends.

Regarding the launch of E: D, there was a wipe at the end of the last Beta just as we entered the Gamma phase - there was no wipe between Gamma and launch.

the beta runs on a seperate server so your main game will be fine. basically anytihng you do in beta only affects the beta and will be deleted when horizons is released properly, at that point you will have horizons in your main game. The beta does not affect your main game in any way dont worry

My guess is around 3 weeks.

Seems to be good business sense to have it released before Christmas.

Yes! The Cobra Mk IV, for those that qualify. Plus all the new ships from 1.5, which will be released at the same time.

I think most people seem to be answering your question backwards for some reason, so I'll answer it the way I think you meant it:

Your progress in the Horizons beta will be wiped at the end of the beta, so anything you do will not carry into the main game. You can still play the main game during that time if you wish, but if you only have so much time and want your actions to matter in-game, then don't play the Horizons beta.
