What planetoid are you planning on visiting, the moment you've got your SRV loaded up?

Simple enough question!

Me? I'm heading to Merope. I don't think there'll be any spoilers, but there might be *something*.... and he was never heard from again.

Assuming you can land on metal rich worlds with no atmosphere, I've got one I discovered a couple of hundred light years out of the bubble that's 1/5 the mass of earth that I plan on having a look at.

Headed to Sol to land on what ever I can there. Interested to see what will be up with the restart location.

I forgot to check whether Vulcan is active volcanism or not. If not, will probably journey there and land there. If it is not landable, then I pick a few planets at random :)

I have a small trip planed in the region between Robigo and LBN 623.

Found some 100% metal moon, a world with ~5g of gravity, one lava world and a very tiny sulfur moon and some other interesting potential landing sites.
I anyone is interested I can put the exact locations later on today (evening).

Whatever is the closest landable object from Jameson Memorial. Want to test-land most of my ships both to experience how they handle around and on planets, and to see which ones have been inflicted with chicken leg syndrome (I may need to kiss my exploration Adder goodbye forever if it is... couldn't stand it looking silly like that Vulture in one of the recent vids).

Yes, please do :)

Either Mitterand Hollow (moon orbiting its planet at a so low and fast orbit that it barely takes a single minute to complete an orbit, look it up), or Betelgeuse 1. I guess it depends on what I'm the closest to

I will travel back to my home world, load up my Python and pick the nearest moon. Hopefully I can take over a base and be King of that Moon.

IIRC Betelgeuse 1 has an atmosphere. 2&3 are okay though.

Will go there, but after the official horizon release as part of a nice trip from the pleiades to the horsehead neb.

I was waiting around Merope too but got bored with the delays. My first drop will probably be in or around Yembo.

Then off alien hunting!

Wish I had a flag or something to stick in every rock I visited.

"I claim this airless rocky wasteland for now and all eternity!"

nice! might check out Betelgeuse 1 on my way to the spirograph nebula :D
maybe on the way back would be best!

This. Shinrarta Dezhra 1 is an orange/red metallic planet with what looks like at least a couple of mountain ranges. its also very close to the sun so may get some epic vistas on the first landing. And like you say being close to Jameson has plenty of advantages. After i've settled on a ship (Cobra MK4 or FDL are the top 2 atm) i'll head out and see some more!
