copy game file to the beta, smaller download?

If i copy the gamefiles to where the beta shall be when it is out. do i get lesser stuff to download?

With Horizons being a full 64 bit DL I aint sure... May not be worth it?

hm.. didnt think about that. so..even if the beta is relesed like..now...no play for me today. way to low broadband.

Yes you do, I've done this for previous betas. The new files, including the 64bit exe, will be downloaded but you will have most of the data files so should have a much shorter download time.

In the same location as your normal installation, but under the folder [PUBLIC TEST] or something like that.
