ED Transferable to other PCs?

I'd like to buy ED, but my current laptop is not very powerful, and so may not run ED to an enjoyable level. I want to make sure that before I buy it, that I can play it on a different PC without having to buy it again when I decide to upgrade my laptop.

As far as I know the license is linked to your account. You can have as many installations as you like but you can only run one instance at a time.

I have it on my desktop and on my laptop. You can play on one, switch to the other to carry on, and then switch back, all with no probs, as the saves are server-side.
