Fun!!! That's what! What we need is a full blown war between the Empire & Feds (the Alliance can provide the oranges at half time or somethin'..)

My most fun in-game experience was going to do a bit of undermining for old Zachy babes and to my surprise, I found the two minor factions at war in the system were the Empire and Federation..add the awesome capital ship warping in, 2 Imp cmdrs in clippers & one Fed in a Python..we winged up and attacked them..1st round they were hammered in a surprise attack / 2nd round I had to run in my Vulture, after my mate went boom.

Ahh good times! Bottom line - best experience..but all too rare!
Just the fact that I felt like the battle meant something, made a huge difference! - I think FD missed the opportunity to incorporate CQC into the main game in this way - with powerplay implications - as a war zone, rather than just tacking it on as a separate experience.
