Powerplay Faction: Aisling Duval I quitting Aisling's side

Her childish view of things annoy me, she offer no solution for those like me sacrifice themselves to stop people undermining her, dosen't offer significant ways of getting merits for her other than having to cross the civilised space. No way I can reach rank V with this sissy.

I love empire so I will go with her elder sister probably. Somewhat stay in the family ;)

After I get the prismatic shield :p

The older sister is smarter than her, and won't have you.

Ash's views require long-term, big picture thinking. That's why she asks that her followers cross civilised space for her; it gives us all time to contemplate the deeper solutions to the galaxy's problems. She's not like her older counterpart, who clearly prefers short-term objectives. That's why we follow her, and it's absolutely nothing to do with the viral subjugation systems she uses. Absolutely not.

Aisling forever!

You are aware that last cycle you were not supposed to be fortifying and allowing undermining to happen right? The goal was to go into turmoil to stop an unprofitable expansion and to shed bad systems. The plan is to stay in turmoil for the next week also.

You're only saying that to throw off suspicion that you're really ALD's uncle, aren't you?

Conspiracy confirmed, guys!!

I've been able to maintain rank 5 for a few cycles now. I usually start my game session with fortification documents (there never seems to be enough systems fortified), 352 tons exactly. So, for 7 days, that's already 2,464 merits without much effort. The rest comes from undermining others. at 30 merits a pop, I need to kill about 20 Alliance Bureaucrats or Federal Agents in one of their control system and I easily reach 10,000 merits.

BTW, I have been on these forums quite a bit. I don't remember seeing any other sub-thread that had so many women posting. That's great to see!

I learned about it from the sub-reddit and one of Aisling supporter told me the reason but it was not obvious initially why we were not fortifying. I understand that announcing why would have given up our strategy, though. Still, I think we might need some kind of secure channel, where only people who can be vetted can join. Could be the number of weeks that you have been pledged, if that's verifiable....

Maybe he should try Zemina Torval, she looks like she keeps a riding crop around for bad boy toys.

Its funny how it takes an alliance commander to correct a loyal and stout imperial supporter about the royal family :D

But I suppose, Being an alliance supporter makes you appreciate the beauty of little details and quirks in a large picture.

I dont know how you count that 20x30 makes 10000-3000...

I can never reach 10000 merits in one week with the few game time I have.

Especially if i have to make 400 ly to report before thursday...

To be fair, the Imperial Family Tree is more of a tumbleweed in layout.

Well, your setup is probably different than me. But here is how I do it. First of all, I got to 10,000 merits over several cycles. Each cycle, I would try to get a little more than the previous cycle. Trying to get 10,000 merits in a single week is possible but that's a lot of work. Once you get to 10,000, at the beginning of a cycle, you will usually have about 4,500 merits carried over from the previous cycle. 10,000 - 4,500 = 5,500. So, I need to get 5,500 merits during the week to maintain my 10,000 merits. Now, for a start, I will do fortification. I am not merely farming merits. I try to help my power. During the day, I will load the cargo of my ship to its max of 352 tons with fortification documents. 352 x 7 = 2,464. I get easily 2,464 merits just for bringing fortification documents. 5,500 - 2,464 = 3,036. I need to find a way to earn 3,036 merits over 7 days. 3,036 / 7 = 434 merits each day. So, after delivering my 352 tons of fortification documents, I will head out to an opposing faction control system to undermine it. Each kill gives you 30 merits. So, 434 / 30 = 15. I have to make 15 kills every day to earn my 434 merits which will take me to the 10,000 merits and the rank 5. You can usually do 15 kills in one hour. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you will get a wing of 2 or 3 enemy ships. That's even faster. So, it depends on how much time you can put in the game. If you have 2 hours daily, I think it's reachable. I usually get to 10,000 by Monday or Tuesday. I never wait at the last day. Something might go wrong, the cycle ends and you miss your 10,000. Right now, I have 9,134 merits in bank. I will most likely get it by the end of the day today or tomorrow. The reason I get to 10,000 before the end of the cycle is because I spend a little more time during the weekend. Usually, during the weekend, I can do 2 runs of fortification, so, that's 700 merits right there. A little bit of undermining and I can easily get 1,000 merits on a single day during the weekend. That helps! I understand that not everybody can put that amount of time in the game. If I was not able to reach the 10,000, I would just do what I need to get 1,500 and be happy with the 5M credits every week.

That's how I do it.

Living 200 years within the Empire would be an achievement, seeing how stabby they are with each other.

Incest is wincest for every Empire that respects itself.

Commander, I would appreciate it if you kept this petty nonsense out of our subforum. Apart from anything else, it's blatantly false.
