Any more detail on that? Can I park my T9 next to a station and load up or is this surface related (loading SRV cargo into ship)?

What a big list! Thanks, the FAS shadow issue was bugging me.

Improved cargo rewards sounds interesting. Hopefully we'll see some valuable cargo such as "scientific samples" etc: 20-30,000 credits really is chump change for almost all pilots

I'm pretty sure this is when you load cargo from the SRV. Before, you had to dock back with your ship to offload the massive 2 tons of cargo that the SRV can carry, then re-deploy your SRV. I'm guessing now you can just drive up to your ship and offload it, then continue on your way.

That is my hunch as well. However, with extra large tradeships in the future, as teased by DB, I was thinking this might be groundwork for supporting them...but SRV cargo makes a lot more sense.

- Move CQC stats lower in the Commander Stats page

Hehe when I saw this when I first looked at my stats page I knew it wouldn't be long before the wolves were at the door!

- Changed the bindings of the X52 pro to deal with the issue of not being able to scan. Hard points now deploy by default when a trigger is used and other controls are put in line with the normal x52

Can this be clarified a little please? I have a x52 pro and I've never had any issues being able to scan. Does this mean that you're now deploying our hardpoints even if we turned off the option to deploy of fire? And what "other controls" have you changed?

I look forward to checking out the visible POIs from ships and skimmer agro tonight! Two of my main issues sorted, well done team :)


At some stage in season 2 will we be able to combat NPC ships near the surface?
 
- Slight change to the speed curve in Orbital Cruise so that the players ship will naturally tend towards 2.5k/s a little more strongly in the last second, so we get a much smaller speed discontinuity
- The temporary placeholder ship used during the transition now inherits velocity correctly, removing speed/FOV discontinuity at both ends

If this does what I think it does then please apply something similar to space based transitions when dropping out of supercruise.

Give us a "glide mode" along a motion path between the location we pressed the button and the location we and up at near a station, CZ, ring system or other POI.

Pretty please...with sugar on top! :)

Not for 2.0 obviously...but sometime "soon". ;)
