It should have Outfitting when it goes live. We did get that in the CG, Shipyard was the one we missed out on.

Hi, we didn't unlock outfitting or shipyard. We only managed to unlock 7 tiers whch are:

Tier 1 - Unlocks the fuel services
Tier 2 - Unlocks the repairing services
Tier 3 - Unlocks the munition services
Tier 4 - Unlocks the contacts services
Tier 5 - Unlocks the Universal Cartographics service
Tier 6 - Unlocks the Commodities Market Services
Tier 7 - Unlocks the Black Market service

Wow they made Universal Cartographic a tier on it's own. ive never seen a station without Universal Cartographics.

OK, my bad. I saw a cg screen shot at the beginning with the rewards listed against the tiers, thought it Wierd that the list disappeared, must have been totally wrong

Well, I'm 'parked' for now at a high tech station so when tomorrow rolls around and I actually manage to get some hours behind the flightstick, it's equipping a hangar and loading an SRV straight away.

Tried to find the one closest to Merope, but it'll still be 20 jumps or so in a Python. Still, I got the Lady Justice a nice new coating of paint so she is festively orange when she heads out to the Nebula.

He has circumstantial evidence at best, not proof anyone pledged to ALD was selling UAs in Harma. Harma is Delaine's HQ system, malfunctions there could be because Delaine is researching the UAs. (see my recent post that he may be the one who increased the BM payout)

I'm pledged to ALD atm but have little contact with the various player groups involved so no idea if someone was selling UAs as a bioweapon.

I've just headed there, and it is definitely up. I only have the Galnet post (with all affected stations) to go on though, I didn't personally check it was down before. I don't know if anyone else has.

Anoying. I have not actually checked the station my self. I don't have chart data for Pic Tok.
I hope someone can verify that it was closed.

Report coming in from late Sunday night...
A joint mission by Coalition Empire Forces called Operation Shutdown.
I managed to get a quote from a Spokeman of the Coalition ‘In the interest of peace in this area we have assisted the local Resistance forces in delivering a large ammount of alien artefacts to Gabriel Enterprise in Harma to help bring peace and tranquillity to Archon Delaines systems.
So far I have not heard from the Kumo crew but I’m sure they will not be too pleased with this operation, we have all heard the warnings of holding large numbers of alien artefacts within a station, Let us hope that the shutdown of illegal activities caused by these Artefacts help reestablish peace and order within the system and slows down the aggressive expansions into other peacefull system in the Pegasi Sector.

I'm not trying to point fingers, or agree/disagree with the accusations made in the thread. Only posting for relevance to current discussions regarding The Canonns response to UA sales and station disruptions/shutdowns.

However, it appears we have a confession?

I must ask you, Commander, to please cease and desist this tactic. What you are playing with could have repercussions beyond simply interfering with station operations and being bothersome to rival powers. In the interest of the species, please stop this operation.

In the interest of research and science, we have discovered the Artifacts have Anti-Pirate properties.

If we discover further effects in our testing, we will be happy to share the data.

for the record, Lobachevsky Outpost was the only one I checked before going to bed, simply because "one of these things is not like the other". Might be worthwhile if someone checked the rest. It'll be several hours before I can attempt to do so myself. I might add that I picked up 3 delivery missions there, all going to the same system, each worth 250k+.

I've looked around the map at the others, and they look as if they are shut down (only shipyard showing in services).

Whoops...

Greetings Gentlemen

we will follow your advice and have stopped Sir

Well done CMDR.

Seriously though - it's almost certainly not just you guys, I can imagine tens, possibly hundreds of groups doing this right now... What a bloody mess!

I don't mind that you sell UAs, but it would be nice to know which systems. Have Warkushanui and Arawere also been targeted by Imperial commanders?

the never-to-be-sufficiently-damned infernal internecine squabbles in the Empire was ever thus. Pious and upstanding for their principles in public but behind the scenes they'll all pretty much stop at nothing to get what they want.

Sorry, Gilligan, I think your plea will fall on deaf ears, particularly when it's Delaine's mad band of cut-throats they are operating against. *plotting a new trade route that stays well away from those territories....
