I just checked Lembava system. It under influence of Li Yong-Rui, its federal and high tech system. Population also decent.
yet, no Federal Corvette in there :(
Anyone was able to find one?

I don't have access to the game right now, but check 109 Piscium. It's usually the Li Yong-Rui system for Federation ships, not Lembava.

Words was Rear Admiral is requirement. I am Rear Admiral, so can't say if it one or lower. But definitely not higher.

FYI.

Corvette cost at IX when you have elite (additional discount) is 155,779,684.

Asp Scout and FDL are also here (A lot report the FDL being lost in many previous locations).
