Horizons Turtle download speed why?

Why is the download speed this slow? 0.02MB/S? FD Why? Steam never has these issues so what is the problem? I dont expect to download it at 10MB/s as I normally could but come on. This is ridiculous.

It's always like this whenever there's an update or a major patch. You just have to accept the fact that everyone is trying to download it at the same time. I'm on 150MB fibre optic and it's still only coming down at 0.4 and saying it'll take 5 hours to download...
