I'm liking combat, but maybe because larger shields didn't get nerfed as heavily or at all. I did get two rings taken from my A7 shields with 5x a class boosters by two npc Eagles though - with chaff too.
I just finished a pretty awesome surface mission to destroy a power generator at a +++ high-security facility. Most complicated I've been to yet. Got locked into a secured area. Shot at. Loads of fun. Oh, ice planet too so skidding everywhere like a madman while doing all this.

Yeah, why not? If you don't like what you are given, you don't have to torture yourself trying to play. Just give it a few months or years and come back. If you still don't like the way things are then, you can move on for good and spend your money on other things.

That's funny. The only thing I've run into that's broken so far is the inability to manually deploy the turret in the SRV. Everything else seems to be working great.
OP, can you be specific? What exactly is broken?

We also got CQC which nobody asked for.
And a bunch of disappointing ships.
The promised features for Horizons sound pretty cool though, but yet, the Cutter also sounded pretty cool at first.

I waited also with joy and patiently for it, and I think they delivered what they said they will. Landing on airless planets. You also have to keep in mind that they said more content will come in the next year. Everything is broken? aren't you a bit overreacting? of course there are things that are broken like no personal cargo, can't wire cr, computer can't plot a route, you can't carry fuel for SRV and some more things but not everything is broken as you say really. Maybe it's just my opinion but this game is at start with a good base now to give us loads of great content in the future

Actually none of that is "broken".
It's like saying that my non-existent real life space ship is "broken"...due to the fact that it doesn't exist.
But yes...the OP is "somewhat" overreacting. Not unsusual around here though...(and by "here" I mean the internet).
