All Shield Cell Banks Tested in Actual Shield Values

Question: What were the recharge times / rates for the shield cell banks? Were they consistent across Classes/Ratings?

I.e.
1A Shield cell bank single cell will recharge ~ 72Mj in per cell, it obviously doesn't recharge the shield instantly, but in X seconds.
Let's say X = 5 seconds, then the recharge rate of the cell would be 72/5 = 14.4 Mj/s

2A Shield cell bank single cell will recharge ~ 107Mj per cell, would it also take X seconds?
Let's say it took 5 seconds, then the recharge rate of the cell would be 102/5 = 21.4 Mj/s

So my question is what is X, and is it the same for all classes / ratings?

My guess it is seems to be consistent across the various shield cell banks, but I have not tested this.

Can someone explain the shields max vs max mass relationship?

For example, a 5A shield has a max mass coverage of 1013t. When your fuel and cargo mass goes above that, how much does it impact your shields?

Will all this remain the same in 1.3?

I am still unsure about the best shield set up for a python.
The 6A works so well, especially when combined with a 5a or 5b...

But Some are running, 2x 5A's or even 2x 6b's
