What is the best ship for long jumps and around 30 tons cargo?

I need a ship that has very long jumps and can hold about 30 tons. Also how would you load it out?

Load out? Hard to say depending on what you want it for. A's if it is to be tough, D's if you want max jump range of 30+ loaded.

The best load out jump I can get is only 24 ly. They say I can get 37 ly but need an load out for that.

ASP with 5A FSD and everything else D rated as low as possible + 1 5E cargo will give you 32Ly laden and between 35 and 38 unladen.

You can top that with an Anaconda in a similar fashion. It will give you around 36Ly laden and between 38 and shy of 40 unladen. But I really don't see why anyone would want to transport 32t with an Anaconda.

If you're on a budget and can't afford an Asp, try this T6 for 3.2m, 32t, 30LY jump range.

Obviously a lot of empty slots, since your requirement is for 30t only, but it's a fraction of the cost of an Asp.
