Hi there!
Something strange happend to me today. I got attacked by a friendly faction. I was suddenly interdicted by a friendly and submitted to it. The NPC immediately started shooting at me. I returned fire (got fined for that) and eventually destroyed the attacker (got bounty).
The problem was: at that time I had no bounties on my head and had a (and still have) friendly reputation with that faction. How can that be? And why am I being fined for defending myself?
After that, landing at the nearest outpost, I tried to wipe my record clean. The outpost is controlled by the faction that now has a bounty out on me. However, the local security office has no record of that.
Bounty with friendly faction (who attacked me)

No bounty to pay at this factions outpost

Any ideas?
