So I tried that one really hard "tutorial" mission...

...And was destroyed at wave seven.

Does anyone know just how many waves there are?

Yep, that tutorial is basically impossible. There used to be a trick which you could pull off which meant the Conda wouldn't fire at you but it was patched out.

I wouldn't say it's impossible, but it's certainly difficult.

The Anaconda has a blind spot just above its main drives, behind the bridge. If you can keep yourself there then you can lay into it constantly without much opposition.

With that said, the last time I attempted that mission was before I first logged into the game. Back then I was wiped out by the third or fourth wave.

It's funny, I can handle Condas in the actual game just fine, even up to Elite rank AI, but that one in Incursion? That thing is on a totally different level.

me too. i tried running from the conda ...recharging shields and go back in range some pew pew to pp and again.....did'nt work :(

When I tried that it disappeared. Couldn't find it again.

Edit: maybe next time I get bored and try, i will do what someone above stated and just stay near his engines.

im thinking powerdistrubitor.. they say its easy to take out. without it, it can't fire, if weapons are overheating.
