Episode 1 of ? Is meant to be ready this year.
1 of 3. It's still the full thing that was backed by the backers, just confirmed we're getting 3 until the story arch ends, kinda like Mass Effectish.
Thanks for the number confirm there max. Id have to say though that I pumped probably 30 hours into episode one of mass effect (and similar for 2 and 3) I'm really not thinking that the episodes will have that amount of game attached to them. I'd be happy if Sq42 has 30 hours total myself as long as it's a damned good 30 hours.
Yeah quality over quantity is important, they really don't need to put SQ42 on a AAA 60$ Title Game ranks, specially with the MMO coming. With my flying skill i'm likely to spend 30 hours stuck on a mission, as my usual experience with similar games.
Each episode of the single player, will be about 20 hours of gameplay. And each episode won't be called Squadron 42. That's just Ep1. Ep2 is called "Behind Enemy Lines".

Elite is pretty static for me at the moment. Horizons only appears to offer new mechanics to grind so rather than get it I opted for a starter package.

Vandal swarm is pretty much the same as res farming. Yes not a game bu hope it will be one he'll of one in a few years. A bit like elite will be in a few years. Elite us just not there now. But I have to pay for each update that at the moment offer me little.

Vandul Swarm is pretty much the same as res farming yes... If you ignore the really boring flight model in SC. Note that I haven't tried anything 2.0 so that may have changed enough to make it more than point and click.
