I remember when Maia was being built I said on the forums that not having Outfitting or Shipyard or any defences was a terrible idea, and now we can see why.

One question... if they are doing the blockade in maia them they will spawn in maia if they get destroyed? so they have infinite lives until money runs out?

I should just say this, for those who are going off to fight: While your dedication is appreciated, please realize these guys are player killers. They are doing this because they want to PVP, and they probably expect a fight, most likely an easy one as they are using net-optimized pvp builds. They probably expect to win too. If your motivation isn't to do PVP, or you are acting out of rage or whatever, you will lose. You're fighting on their terms and that gives them an advantage. Don't do this unless you actually really want to do it. Otherwise you're just feeding them and giving them what they want. Explorers can always play in private groups or solo. We're not really being exploited here.

For what it's worth, it could be quite a fun/exciting PVP. A big battle around a major space station. As long as nobody's hacking or cheating, and the sides are even, it could prove to be quite fun.

yes.

My plan is to dock there in solo, leave and return in open to fight and die with honor.. But not change anything most likely because of what you mention

I guess it was inevitable, but I guess I was thinking that it wouldn't happen until someone actual found a location of a barnacle.


Enter Maia in Solo. Enter other systems in Open. It is a big nebula out there....
