It will go HD as soon as google finishes squashing it

So CMDRs, how many binary planets could be 23Ly from Maia? I assume it be one: Fast! :D
I'm at work now, so no Galmap for me!

I think Pleiades Sector LX-T B3-0 C 4 and Pleiades Sector LX-T B3-0 C 5 are the best bet so far. The system is 23.26 Ly away from Maia and has a set of binary landable planets. I looked around quite a bit and wasn't able to find any other systems between 22.5 and 23.5 Ly away from Maia that had binary landable planet.

the fact that they are appearing in public but not in solo indicates that this is procedurally generated random spawn. not one of the hand placed ones.

I'm in solo and it's appearing no problem :) the reason they aren't appearing for some people seems to be a bug with Fixed POI's and I've filed a report here so if anyone else has experienced this please add to it and I hope it'll be looked in to because it's kind of frustrating!

Barnard's loop, or wouldnt that be too easy?

Looks like Barnard's Loop. But that would be too easy, or?

It like to see it to be Trifid Nebula - just for similarity of the name to these plants ;)

because you're acting like a child. if something is broken and its reported they will fix it. this is an exploring game. if youre mad that you had to explore, youre playing the wrong game..
Being that it spawn for everyone in open show it is not a randomly placed one, but a persitent fixed one.

From the date Michael said he checked to make sure they were to be found in game, I asked where and how he checked this info. He never replied, and all of us who spent their time in solo simply wasted hundred if not thousands of hours. Can't see why you are defending such behaviour.

Nice match;)
In the galmap there is also another "galaxy" seen in the background, the blue swirly object,
looks alike aswell.

First guess i saw that symbol was "Barnard's Loop",
so we learnt to trust the gut this time.
I'm gonna fit me some adventure galley!

Have we got a list of systems roughly 23ly from Maia that contain a landable binary planet? It could just be coincidental but the coords could indicate that it is also a small planet. It seems like we have the criteria to eliminate a large number of planets from the search going just by the fact it's binary and the approximate distance. Planning to go hunting for this later but unable to get on and make a list myself right now.

I'll just point to the fact that Squiggsy has already confirmed they're spawning in Solo for them.

Two binarys, pretty much exactly 23 LY away. Espescially the 2nd is pretty rough terrain. Low grav, 2xxx radius.
Pleiades Sector IH-V c2-12

Oh, if the cmdr who messaged me there reads this: sorry, didnt see it until you dropped out.

What are you talking about? They spawn in Solo, as well. And really? You wasted "thousands of hours"? When did you start to search for them? September? :D
