It was a brilliant race! I'm a big fan of these new cars. They might not scream like the old ones, but the extra torque makes driver skill much more important!

Having attended a few races, most of the old noise is wasted by the need for earplugs anyway!

I'm a big motorsport fan, been to many races, and have to say that yesterdays race was blimmin' brilliant.

Yeah its looking like this is going to be a blinding season. Its was good to see Williams doing so well, at least before the safety car, and cool to see a Force India on the podium.. If only more of the cars had the same performance we'd have been seeing stuff like this much more.

The engine noise doesn't really bother me to be honest. I can sort of understand where people are coming from when they complained about it but unless I purposefully concentrate on it, I really don't notice. I'd much prefer wheel to wheel racing.

I hear tickets for Silverstone are selling well already this year. :)

I agree, I love the noise trackside but really you only see slivers of the action, watching it on the box I'd take exciting racing over noise volume any day.

I've never been to a real F1 GP but I love karting. Perhaps we should arrange an ED backer karting session some time.. ;)

Was indeed a great race. It will be good if Hamilton and Rosberg stay in touching distance of each other throughout the season, because it looks like they're the only two competing for the championship at the moment.

I get my first opportunity to hear the new engin - I mean power units in action tomorrow. It will also be good to see a female driver having an opportunity to drive on a GP weekend for the first time since I've been following F1 (more than twenty years now).
