Patch Notes Update Elite Dangerous: Horizons patch 2.0.04

Hmm i´m missing plenty of long known bugs :(

1. SRV throttle forward bug
2. Crashes in RES
3. Sound graphics stutter after one hour in CZ
4. Rotating NPC
5. LOD texture and shadow issue
6. Black rectangles

and many more... :(

...and no news on some of these month+ old bugs either!

No, you're "Actively seeking employment" and getting a quick 5 mins in the game inbetween applying for job vacancies ;)

I am also "Actively seeking employment" I have to keep a daily diary of my attempts to find work. Not sure they would understand "Grinding combat rank in an MMO"

Haha, another thing to fix.. When I tried to log on at lunch time, the server returned an error saying that "Your client is too old, your client is too new.." Still I got the message and updated :)

GG Frontier -10/10 for reliability, bugs where reported months ago yet still no fix?(using the we havent a clue how to code excuse is not an answer) how about doing the one thing that matters most, Getting real network servers not virtual servers with the amazon service. They are not designed for gaming network traffic.

Morning Commanders,

We have an update incoming today. The galactic servers will go offline at 11AM GMT and will return within the hour (UPDATE: We aim to bring the servers back online at 12.30GMT - thanks!). Below are the patch notes to quench your changelog fever.

General Changes
  • Galaxy map now remembers the previous Cargo Mass slider setting, unless enough real cargo is added to the ship to exceed the slider setting
  • Don't replot the current route just because the Galaxy Map is opened. Fixes the route being forgotten sometimes if viewing the galaxy map during FSD charge, and helps to avoid forgetting the in-system target at the end of the route

Nice!

Hopefully some of the other issues affecting DW will be fixed soon too:
* SRVs randomly exploding/taking massive damage
* Invisible "ceilings" when landing/taking off from a planet (either crash into it on take-off, or "land" in mid-air)

Feature Request: Add a slider to the route plotter for partially-fuelled ships.
If this slider is set, add an indicator on the HUD's fuel-gauge as well showing the selected maximum level.
Ideally, automatically cut-off the fuel-scoop once that level is reached to prevent overfuelling and breaking the plotted route.

As long as I'm in an area where most stars are scoopable, I tend to run with ~50% fuel tanks. Theoretically this would give me another 1-2LY range, but the route-plotter assumes the ship is fully fuelled for it's route calculations.
