Hey guys, I always miss the meet ups because I'm in Australia so the time zones are awful for me.

Any chance of putting one of the key meet ups at a midday (UK) weekend slot? I don't mind playing at 10pm (Aus) but I can't do 4am :(

Last night when I arrived early at WP6 and there were a bunch on CMDRs there which was really great because it was the first time I've seen any other DW members at all. Tonight I've logged on and it's a ghost town, people are probably saving themselves for the official timeslot.

I kind of just feel like I'm doing this trip by myself for the most part and I get a bit jealous looking at all of the vids after the fact. It probably doesn't help that the groups are so fractured too. Is there a good reason for the Kamzel, Mobius, Erimus and Patrecleus players being separate? Maybe now that the fleet is underway we could have some consolidation of the groups and comms channels (there must be spare room on the main TS server given that most people will never use it).

Anyway, have a good time tonight.

Anyone in Patrecleus group will now be accepted into Kamzel group if you are on the official roster, and I believe the plan is to bring the Erimus group players in as well later on. Everyone will be in the same group that way.

The other groups were done simply to give Erimus a chance to get other prep stuff done rather than spending lots of time checking group applications every night. Now that the expedition has settled down, we are merging them.

As for the comms, you are free to join the TS, and the Discord chat is open to any fleet members. People are chatting on Discord most of the day, it's quite busy in there. :)

95% of the players on the trip are from Europe and USA/Canada so meetups will always be scheduled for the vast majority in mind. As for groups, they were merged a few days ago and announced on various threads, in the newsletter, and in Fleet Comms - if you're on the roster you can now apply to Kamzel.

My ship was sendt to a Bug fix repair station a view hours ago. Guess I'll have to miss the meet up.
Gives me some time to watch The Expanse and Edit a video atleast or play a Firaxis game ;)

Hopefully my ship is back in action by the time we liftoff of WP6.

The new SRV game looks like what some of us were doing at waypoint 5 with rules. Pretty fun although I wouldn't try it on worlds with low gravity.

Don't know what I was thinking, but only have one SRV on the trip......:rolleyes: Soooo......I'm afraid I cannot partake in such tomfoolery for fear of losing my ride. Seems a helluva lot of fun though :D
