Can't download

I have bought the Premium Beta and had an email confirming (also checked my bank and £100 will be taken) but the store page refuses to update that I have bought it. Says nothing under Orders or Downloadable Products!

What can I do? I hope I won't have to wait days to update, I wanted to play this weekend.
 
Yes, did that immediately.

Still nothing on my account page this morning. Hopefully support will answer soon (please don't say they don't work weekends!). I don't want to be left with a sour taste in my mouth over this seeing as I've just paid £100.
 
It's unfortunate that you bought in just before the weekend, hopefully some kind soul at FD will see the email and give you access, but you may need to wait until Monday. I can promise you it will be well worth it though.

The support guys aren't in at the weekends (we already work them hard enough!) so it probably won't be fixed until Monday. I assume you've tried logging out and in again on the store and a hard refresh of the downloadable products page?

Yes, tried all of that. On my email receipt I have an SKu code, is that my access code or is the download for each person individually? What I mean is, is there a central download link? I'm guessing its the former.
 
Still no reply from support. I'm not trying to be annoying but I've paid you money and for 4 days now have nothing to show for it and starting to get annoyed.

This cannot be a big thing to fix, i have my order number so put the download into my account! Please don't make me reverse the payment at my bank...
