I am tempted to sell my Cutter and re-buy her there. It could potentially mean 40M profit, right? Then again, she wouldn't be my Cutter, any more...

Just did that, the Cutters selling for 142,621,651cr. Doing that saved me almost 26.6m (cash back) and 1.6m in insurance should I ever need it.
Would have been more but I had to buy back some of my old modules which I sold off the old hull because outfitting didn't stock all my needs.

Still a decent enough saving if you can be bothered doing it, I was already there on other business so why not.

I think this is cuz we get the alpha/beta discount too, post alpha/beta CMDRs will pay a little more, but its not much more.

Consider making the shortish hop to 109 Piscium: Ising Dock and Pikum: Rushworth Station for your 15% discount on modules that are not on sale in LFT 37.

Just renewed the leases on 3 pythons and a cutter for a total saving of 85M net of selling off the old hulls. 4 specialist roles and all modules required were found at either Oones or the two stations above.

Don't forget, if you are looking to maximise savings, it is best practice to arrive in a hauler-taxi, rather than in your old python/cutter/t-9 as any items you strip off will be re-presented at the old price you paid, unless you are willing to wait around for the 10 minute window to close down in case of buyers remorse. This would also include the old prices paid for the hulls themselves.

Happy shopping and don't forget, you can never have enough ships, spec'ed out for specific roles.

Really? I just bought and refitted a Cutter 15 mins ago. Mostly D-rated, my rebuy went from 11m cr down to 8m cr. Going to load up the game now and check the prices.

No Corvette or Anaconda. Biggest ships on sale are Cutter, Type 9, Python and Clipper. There are no A class modules for sizes 6 and above, you'll have to fly out to Diaguandri or somewhere for the big modules - actually th03bgt above points to 109 Piscium: Ising Dock and Pikum: Rushworth Station as close-ish stops for the modules.

I just bought and partially outfitted 3 ships...now I look again and the prices are standard. Now I'm not sure if I got the second and third ships at discount base price. :/ (edit: the game lists the value of all 3 new ships as 63% of the same build on Coriolis, so maybe I did get all the discounts?)
