Should we have some kind of "I just cant/couldnt make it"-thread for those who started on this expedition, but soon realized that they arent up to the task after all?
Thats because im really curious of how many cmdrs has just simply quit this expedition to this date, but we have no info about it. Of course it requires the cmdrs who has quit to write to the thread..
I think us XB1 DW explorers are very thin on the ground now. A handful never even left the bubble, Some rushed to Sag A & back. Unexpected Real life stuff has claimed a few.
The few that seem to be left are spread out due to lack of numbers, time zones & the schedule doesn't work to well without planetry landings. Hopefully the next mass exodus we will have planetry landings so the schedule will be easier to keep.
On the plus side I'm really enjoying the adventure & made a few friends. Can't really ask for more than that.

The answer is even more bonkers. It's a second ship, the Asp is still there. I fancy taking the T7 to Sag A at the slower pace, then a circular route back to the bubble.

Only because everyone who isn't registered counts as 'returned early', methinks. I'm one of them, and reports of my early return are greatly exaggerated. I'm right on schedule.
Barring "oopsies" and "BOOMS!" i plan on reaching the end and back again!
I don't know if not keeping track anymore means one has abandoned the expedition. Even if so, on the upside there are
still many of us and the waypoints are very well occupied on scheduled meetings.

Me to...it didn't even recognise where I was so Iv had to fix my position against a number of named systems....not impressed with it so far...too time consuming, Iv lost nearly 1 hour exploration playing around with it!
