Just do it FD, and take my money. Seriously, instead of making more skins just make couple of proper custom interiors for ships. You will make more money on those, and make some players(at least me) a little bit happier :D
I know it was suggested many times before. I just don't understand why something like this isn't in the store yet.

Im expecting this when we can get up and walk around our ships, I desperately hope they allow us to customise it by giving us a whole load of artwork and a place item menu rather than a pre-set list of room X flavour A, room X flavour B. etc.

What I was hoping for is custom cockpits specifically, at least. Some of the cockpits currently (i'm looking at you Lakon) are so bare and ugly it turns me off from playing these ships.

But that's one of the reasons why the lakon ships are awesome. But it would be weird if you could completely change a cockpit. Like maybe swap some things around but to completely change it?

Maybe not complete overhaul obviously. Imagine being able to swap panels for some carbon fiber, maybe brushed aluminium, chrome, leather. Change colour palette, interior lighting, seat. Stuff like that. Also, that cable management in Anaconda...for ship with that pricetag it's a bit of a shoddy craftsmanship if you ask me.

Soooo, basically turn them into imperial cockpits. Because that's pretty much what the Imperial ships' cockpits look like.

But yea, changeable light colours would be nice. The imperial ships have blue lighting in them and it clashes with my neon purple/blue HUD colours

Theres a red lighty thing on the hud of my Cutter which bleeds into the orange of the Board whilst docked. That needs a fix. I'd like a customisable HUD but only one by FD where everything is coordinated. I cant warm to any combinations via the RGB thing.

I have recently on the bmw creator (designing something I can't afford) and your comment reminded me of that :)
