An Earth like with a ring system that is orbiting a Y dwarf, which is orbiting a neutron star which is orbiting a black hole (i think).

A ringed Earth-like orbiting no less than five Stars!
An one in a lifetime find.
So far also the Earth-like orbiting the most stars (did not get added to galactic records though, as this category does not exist).
I don't think someone even found an Earth-like with more suns in one system to date.

Those Gas Dwarfs :D at the end of the line seem like potential record breakers in smallest/lightest gas giant category. Did you check them?


Nah, dont care about records so didnt even occur in to my mind to check.

Best rep I ever gave. I guess I could fling a moon at it and then smash it and put a ring on it :D

Or you could just "gently nudge" it into low orbit until it breaks apart from tidal gravity. ;)

Bit off topic, but offhand and not having professional experience in this field, it would seem to me that the gravitational difference across the orbiting object would have to be greater than the effective "local gravity" holding the object together.

Is that essentially correct, or is there more to it?
