What's the best place to get weapons?

I know good places for ships and upgrades but non with lots of weapons. If you know any please let me know. Also I'm wondering if there are any class 3 gimbled multi cannons I could buy?

Class 3 multi canons don't exist.

As for what stations have a good stock of weapons, generally High Tech economy systems (You can search for these in the galaxy map) with higher populations always have a good selection.

Diaguandri, 109 Piscium & Lembava tend to be some of the best places to go in part because as well as having a good stock of equipment you can also get a 15% discount on everything they sell.

I try to get my outfitting from Ray Gateway in the Diaguandri system for the 15% discounts, but the range on my Vulture is so atrocious that sometimes I just have to suck it up and get my load outs from other, closer systems.
