I'm curious about this as well. Do I have to donate a payload of missiles or something? I mean that can be done...

Since she allegedly has no cargo bay in her corvette I suspect she isn't in a position to accept cargo, and we can't transfer funds to her in any way without that. Possibly she just wants some kind of fealty oath or something?

When I head to Sag A* in a few weeks if I find someone like this there I will have to tweak their noses for them. That's just too fun.

now, ... a lone fully armed corvette is harmless unless you meet it in a ship so heavily specialized that you can't outrun it. that's clarifying.
