Billionaire's Treasure Hunt Discussion

No please don't, not openly yet anyway.

There are I'm sure plenty who would like to try and complete it for themselves anyway.

@Steve It would be nice if they could be set up again where the 1st person gets the 10 mill and then the next 10 get 1 mill each, to give them a bit of longevity.

I read the title, it sparked my interest, read the thread and it's over.

Perhaps the rest of us would appreciate a treasure hunt that lasts a few days instead of a few hours so that we can actually participate.

We used to have them, but a few people complained they were too hard and you "had to have a degree" to be able to work them out. (I am in no way detracting from Oriza solving it)

I still think the runic one was my favourite, or maybe the wolf pack one for it's seemingly random element.

Congratulations to the winner! Oriza, good job mate :)
Just as I was starting giving it a thought, your post popped and shattered my dreams...hehehe

Thank you! Yeah, the runic one was my favourite too, this new was fairly easy until the last step. But don't worry, I won't openly post the solution,
so everyone can try to complete at least for fun :)

Will we get to know the answers eventually? I got completely stuck on the third (the last, I think?) clue, and it's driving me mad not knowing the answer! Do the answers get posted anywhere after these hunts?

And it's very hard to find the last one :)

Congrats for solving this so fast, oriza! Even though it appears I've been way too slow I'd surely love to see more of these in the future. Thanks for the riddle, frontier. :)

I'm sure Oriza will post in here after a day or two, depending on when Steve looks at the thread. I'm sure if you're desperate to know the answer you could PM them.

It wouldn't be too hard to design in steps that required you to wait a day to do the next step (some kind of stellar alignment, just a wait period for another clue...) that would allow people that aren't playing the moment it releases to catch up. Simply design in so that it's earliest possible end date is during the middle-end of the weekend.

I'd like to mention that 10 million do not equal billion. The reward is not a treasure but pocket money. Just one cent of mine.

Pocket money to you maybe, or to Alfred, but to some it's a lot of Credits. The reward is credits, you are hunting the treasure.

It's an idea certainly. It's a tricky one, as my image earlier suggested, because if someone who clicked with the riddles could have gone on to win but due to real life commitments wouldn't be around in a day or two then they would be penalised. It's definitely something worth thinking about though.

Just found out about it by noticing the thread .. LOL .. 7 hours is all it took to solve.

Well done mate .. 10m .. better than a kick in the rear.

Hmm to bad i didnt checked here first.
This was kinda easy and took me only a few mins to know where to go.
The legendary king is Arthur and his rest place is Avalon.
Persephone is a goddes of fertility, so this was not hard. Just came here to ask where to look bulletin board or commody market. To bad i did not log in sooner.
Now i went the whole way for nothing.
