Hutton orbital?

I was there yesterday collecting my 30 mug allowance from the the scrap metal CG way back. I wasn't sure it was working until I saw the market refresh after 10 minutes. I bought 30 and used the limpet trick to buy 10 more. I didn't have any issue.
Um, I don't see a problem with that... it's a challenge... Nobody forces you to accept it. It has been this way since FE2 and changing it now would break the immersion and RP for many players.
well .. except for the fact that the whole 1980's retro look of the station, complimented by fitting music, might be a put off for some, I don't see any problems with Hutton Orbital. It's as far off from civilization as it should be

I did the Hutton run about 28 times to get in the top 5% of the Hutton Mug CG; plenty of time to read the Junior Encyclopedia of Astronomy from cover to cover. Just do it.
I really hope they don't introduce in system jumps. It would kill many unique systems. If they remove 1 hour travel time to hutton orbital they reduce variation between systems, remove unique experiences and make every system feel like same. Sc times make systems feel different from each other and removing that would just rise more whine about how little difference there is between systems.
As it should be.
If you don't want to travel far, I recommend G 180-47. There's a station less than a light second away from the star.

If you had picked a different system with a far out station this thread would probably have gone missing quite quickly. Hutton is very close to a lot of peoples hearts. My advise to you would be go to Hutton, watch a film while you make the journey and then join the facebook group, take part in some of our events, listen to the radio and you will shortly discover it was probably the best hour and a half in supercruise you ever spent.

I hope they don't "fix" what isn't broken ..... if you don't want to fly to Hutton ... then don't go there.
The 90 minute of flying in a straight line is part of Hutton Orbital's unique charm ... that and the fact that trap 3 is always blocked.
