how do you complete mission?

I have a mission do deliver weapons to a person, there is no destination just the name of the person, some details are the drop location will be given by a contact.

ok so how do I find the contact? as there is no mission discription on destination,base etc.

In the target system your contact will be flying around. If you find him he asks you to follow him when he drops out of SC, after which he'll give further instructions.
