Well, 5 days ago i try to land on Pleione 11 A, to take some meta-alloys, from local barnacles. But... It's requires a permit for landing now. Any ideas why the permit, guys?

Yes i landed on it before, without any problems.

It says something like "This planet requires permit to land" when you approach to point, where normally glide mode engages.
