Pirates with a Capital ship!

I dropped into a distress call to find the Capitol ship "Orion" with an engine problem. After a few waves of "normal" pirate wings the Capitol ship "Repulse" joined in with 10 wing mates. Unfortunately they were all clean so I didn't get to see what the bounty might have been for a capitol ship...

So they were not pirate but the rescue team...

I can show you a screen shot if you want, the Repulse was tagged as a pirate (as was the rest of the wing) and the Orion engaged them (not the Repulse unfortunately as that would have been a good light show)

It's happened and been reported before a few times. There was a galnet article written about a Farragut going rogue to explain the inconsistency a while back.

NPC cutter would be no challenge. NPC's can't fly large ships.... Period.

Don't be silly! Pirates can't afford capital ships. Everyone knows piracy pays terribly!

You know what's really crazy???? I can't remember too many rich pirates. All of them had to risk life and limb for booty that was only a small part of a trade company's resource...
