Same Capital ship at all 4 CZs, intended?

I'm currently in TZ ARIETIS fighting a holy war for the "Sublime Order of Van Maanen's Star". I mean, why wouldn't you...? [noob]

There are 4 CZs all based around the 6th planet which is where the SOOVMS are based.

No matter which CZ I pick, the very same "Damocles" capital ship arrives. A paranoid person might begin to think they were being followed around.

Is this intended behaviour for capital ships in CZs? Does the same one continuously pop up regardless of which CZ you go to?

BTW, I don't mind the Capital ship making a particular battle very one-sided (bringing a gun to knife-fight), but it really should just be happening in one CZ at a time, not simultaneously over all of them.

It's not a TARDIS... (would make a lovely easter-egg to have one fly past in witchspace)

Not sure whether this would be considered a Feature Request or a Bug Report? (the capital ship, I mean, not Dr Who...)

It isn't bug as its how game has coded to work. If conditions are met it spawns capital ship to CZs. So if there isn't low intensity CZ in system you won't see CZ without capital ship. Its same capital ship because bgs has decided that this capital ship is in this system.

I was given little time to pick a name so Google'd "Damocles" - found it was Greek and as Capital Ships are generally tools of war Google'd for the Greek "Death"

Maybe but if you have 2 people in 2 different CZs in the same system why would you see the same capital ship ?

(Yeah, I know - limitation of programming ... but surely the Federation has more than a handful of large ships so generate the name from a list)

Yeah, something's a bit 'iffy' by all accounts. A capital ship is supposed to be a rare occurrence and someone in this thread has also encountered it. QA are investigating. [up]
