Nice Job Mods

I noticed a board cleanup last week, but didn't realize how much work has been put into the forums.

Things have been organized logically within groups and threads are now a lot easier to find.

The (volunteer) mods do a lot behind the scenes and I just wanted to thank them for their efforts.
