Eagerly anticipating your text and image...

* Despite the fact that the group consists of a the Russian-speaking pilots, it contains pilots from many countries (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, France, Latvia, United States), and in our plans - the creation of a multilingual international gaming community.
* Our model of Interstellar Communism is based on the literary works of Arkady and Boris Strugatsky and their "Noon Universe". It's fantasy, yes, and it's a dream. Just Like Elite Dangerous - it's fantasy! So... Why should the dream not be realized there where it can be reality?

So this is meant for one player faction right FD? Not a group that has come together last minute right? Because from what I read it was for a SINGLE player group. It would appear that is not what is actually going on...

The Boarder Coalition has by no means "come together last minute", indeed they have been doing some very successful missions together for a while.

Thank you, Commander :)

Hopefully the wildcard vote will be soon so they will get proper chance to get some hype. I personally feel that these threads should be reserved until all contestants are revealed as they only give hype to the ones that have been picked.

They may well have momentum!

Their not going to be added until their own mini Dangerous Games have been concluded

SEPP are sweethearts. Keen on the role play, they organise almost entirely in their thread on the Groups Forum. Kranco is a delight. But don't dismiss them, they have not been working the BGS as long as some of the other groups, and their earnest work has put them at the big table. I would think they have their work cut out for them running a power, as they'll need more resources than a thread on FDev. Maybe you are the one to help make a difference for them. Stop Press: the Distant Worlds Expedition DWE has pledged to support SEPP.

For the record, the Distant Worlds Expedition (And FleetComm, the organization that grew out of it.) is politically neutral. There are senior organizers who have expressed interest in supporting a couple of the different Dangerous Games factions. They are of course welcome to do so, but are doing so as individuals.

FleetComm's primary interests and goals relate to science and exploration beyond populated space. In my opinion it is that neutrality that contributed heavily to the success of the DWE.

This is like interpreting a holly book. Your bias makes me skeptical. Thank you though for the insightful input. From what I read and understand this is not what FD wanted.

So I ask: FD is this what you want?

What is there to be skeptical about in my reply? If GalCop wins GalCop will be the power, not DF. If BC wins, BC will be the power, not their anchor faction. It's incredibly simple. DF didn't pull a last minute gathering up of groups to become a coalition in response to BC suddenly showing up, we've worked with most these groups for quite awhile in most cases, the same way the groups that make up BC have been working together with each other as well.

Hopefully the wildcard vote will be soon so they will get proper chance to get some hype. I personally feel that these threads should be reserved until all contestants are revealed as they only give hype to the ones that have been picked.

It will take place at the beginning of June so that the Wildcard will have been decided in time for the contest on the 30th of June. It's actually all laid out in Zacs opening post of the event in the Groups thread. The PR machines have already started rolling for most people.

Everyone is a contestant, S!lk, to include the entire Wildcard list. Stop lamenting your place and get to work.

Can you enlighten us as to the connection and origin of CI and ICU and why I've got it wrong about the early connection and current supporting of different groups?

uh sorry you've got a perfect post in Walt's thread.
Like I say - catching up.
