Hehe, yes it does, reminds be a bit of a go-kart with no steering, if you needed to turn you had to stop, put your feet down and shuffle in a new direction, much like my 80 tonne sensor array on my Conda!

Hehe, yes it does, reminds be a bit of a go-kart with no steering, if you needed to turn you had to stop, put your feet down and shuffle in a new direction, much like my 80 tonne sensor array on my Conda!
We should be able to see everything everywhere without turning the ship because it makes no sense to have to turn the ship in the future
We should be able to fly in every direction and equal speed without needing to point any part of the ship in that direction because it makes no sense to have a front and back on a spaceship in the future
We should be able to shoot everything anywhere from anywhere because it makes no sense to point a ship at a target in the future
We should be able to fly anywhere without piloting the ship because it makes no sense that in the future we would not have an autopilot
We should be able to by the game, play it, complete it and sell it on the second hand market with no player interaction because in the future this would all be automated for us
We should be able to go to the toilet and have our wiping needs attended for us etc. etc. etc. because it is the future
There should be no more of these threads in the future

What if "Pilots" are avatars clones we download our conciousness into, and resync whenever they dock at a station. Would explain the lack of death and inst-travel escape pods.
Yeah, it also lands and possibly drills or you know such, I'm entirely talking about wirelessly knowing x being quite a difficult thing? that is a bout it? since the logic was used that since we have directional scanners now and such, we should be able to remotely figure such stuff out in the future a lot easier?
