Well, PowerPlay is shared between platforms, so I imagine what you call the PowerPlay PC thread, is universal for PC & Xbox?
I don't touch PP myself, so I may well be missing something obvious.
Everyone is on point so far! Power Play is not split into platforms, as the goals are mutual. Which makes filtering out other XBOX players a tad more difficult. So the sub-forum is where everyone goes who posts on here.
Then there is Reddit, which had already had a solid base of Power Play sub-reddit's up and running before these forums had anything centralized, which is why most of the Power Play Discussion happens there and not here. Pending your choice a Faction, you will get more conversation there on Reddit.
Lastly, if you really want to get your hands dirty, try to hook up with the actual decision makers or Player Groups who create the weekly strategies. That's what I did with Torval, and now I get to be involved in the weekly discussion to help navigate our Power's path.

PowerPlay progress is shared between PC and Xbox so there's no need to make separate threads for them. The PP threads are suited for both platforms. Just use the normal PP ones; I doubt anyone would even care/realize you're on Xbox unless you say something.
