THe sun has set on okinura 2a. Not sure when it will rise but probably won't be for several hours. It is much easier to see then during the eclipse atleast but there will probably be a few more accidents then if it was all lit up.

Couple of quick tips for the Americas ... drinking beer does not improve your performance (nor does answering the phone or drinking tea) and also, beware ... it's entirely possible your competitors may have been practicing!).

Good fun tho' - thanks for organising Stern and sorry I had to drop out suddenly at the end there!

Also thanks to CMDR Samwell Drakhyr for helping out as race marshall in the EU race and for moral support and CMDR the Benevolent for donation fuel and risking his iCutter in a big ship race.

I'll get the tie scores sorted out tomorrow after a bit of sleep.

Ha, I should've just run by myself in the Asia/Aus timezone and got an easy 12points.

I wonder if those in the america time zone would've got that many points if they had raced with the rest of us?

And did those in the america time slot have sunlight for part of it?
