Noooooooo!!!! I was just enjoying sunbaking in my Ferdy.
Otherwise, much awesomeness in this update. [up]
I'm sure it'll still be better than it was pre buff. It needed it anyway imo.

Happening in the States...cursor down through the list!
Cheers! Never would have thought to look!
By the time I finish reading this, maybe the beta will be live!
- Killing an NPCs powerplant does not cause them to fall to the surface
- NPC's Drives do not malfunction when damaged
Great work, especially the Gunship supercruise agility. Well done FD!
Cant wait for huge multis...
BTW, welcome back Mossfoot.![]()
I would like to hear some clarification. Do these points mean this was a bug that is now fixed, or is this a change from previous behaviour?
Or are NPCs supposed to have thrusters that continue to keep them afloat even when power is insufficient? Are NPCs drives now what, immune to damage or do the drives simply function regardless of health?
Let's assume the worst and you gave NPCs these particular immunities: then please remove their drives from the targettable systems in the first place, and don't let them soak up damage that won't do anything anyway. Shooting at a fleeing NPC and hitting their drives means you do less or no damage to the hull - but if hitting the drives doesn't even contribute to potentially stopping them, the drives effectively become indestructible extra armour.
